Between Technique and Art

Tradition is our must, but we have a propensity for the future. From the foundations of the MD series, we have created the most complete MD-SU.

With the patented X structure, this fully automatic machine has been designed for high volume production. Stainless steel in all its parts, this agglomeration of mechanics, pneumatics and hydraulics ensures a controlled production process at all times. In fact, the whole machine is controlled by the centralized computer.

The drum is heat insulated in all parts, which means savings and stability in the process. The dust filter has been designed to have the maximum yield, in order to eliminate any possibility of finding dust after processing in the drum.

The plant is easily accessible for maintenance, thanks to the careful calculation in the design phase. The same attention is also paid to protection systems (according to the EU standard).

This is the only machine in the Revomec family to have complete standard equipment

Full width door (automatic)

The automated opening and closing of the door makes the discharge more fluid, avoiding the clumping of leather on the belt.

Automatic carpet (retractable)

Makes it easy to load the hides, re-entering the structure. during unloading, it stretches and gently brings the hides much closer to the operator, making work safer.

Clima control Leather system can be installed on the entire range, and it is statistically confirmed that it reduces processing consumption by 40% to 60% (the savings values depend on the type of process required) compared to the already high performance of Revomec machines.
